We are complying with section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Act , which is also known as the Conflict Mineral Rule. This requires companies to disclose whether their products contain gold, tin, tantalum or tungsten, regardless of where they were sourced. We are committed to conform with this directive, as it aims to stop funding violent conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and various surrounding countries. U-Reach Data Solutions Inc will not purchase conflict area materials and only select suppliers who comply with this regulation as well. Additionally, they will have to prove their commitment. U-Reach Data Solutions Inc will attempt everything under our power to trace the material source to ensure there are not any minerals sourced from conflict areas. It Is always in our interest to follow government regulations and demonstrate honesty, integrity, and excellence in our business model.
